My bf lost a bet and now I want him to wear a skirt with heels

Like I want him to wear something either really flashy or really girly. I was thinking about a jean skirt, hot pink tights, and 3 inch black pumps, with a cute silk top. Any other ideas? I really want it to be noticeable, or maybe make him wear a pink school girl outfit with black or white ribbon stockings like these..
